Were you Habitat Glassware?

Yes, we were Habitat Glassware, but we teamed up with our other printing division, Colorfast Pressworks. We are the same company, and have have more product offerings!

What do you do?

We strive to be your partner in expertly-printed, custom-decorated glassware.  We believe that decorated glassware is an important part of your marketing strategy, and we will work with you to ensure that you are maximizing the return on your marketing investment.

Additionally, we offer a large variety of other custom print items for multiple industries. If you have a custom print project idea, contact us and we will work with you to turn the idea into reality!

Will I receive a proof?

Yes, you will receive a digital proof by email. Please look over the proof carefully for any misspellings or incorrect details.

After we have received your approval of the proof, we will schedule your order for production.

What type of art files should I send?

The file should be Adobe Illustrator. Please convert your fonts to outlines. Click here to view artwork specifications. If you have more questions, please do not hesitate to contact us!

How should I send my art files?

Files that are less than 10 MB can be emailed directly to us. If they are larger than 10 MB, please upload  files to the following page:

Enter your name, email address, phone number, company name, and the best time to contact you. Then, upload your file, click to indicate you are not a robot, and submit the file. We will  be in contact with you shortly!

How much are set-up or screen fees?

At Coburn Pressworks, we do not charge fees for screens or set-up, regardless of the number of colors in your art.

We know that in the fast moving world of craft beverage marketing, looks need to change to stay fresh. We don’t want a costly fee to stand in the way of keeping your materials fresh and exciting for your customers.

Additionally, We firmly believe that your brand is important, and all of the colors of your brand are important. Putting a high priced fee on additional colors was counterproductive to helping you with your marketing efforts.

 

What is your minimum order quantity?

We publish our rates for as few as 144 items, however, we are able to custom quote any number of items.

How much does a glass cost?

This can only be answered by providing us with some key details like: quantity, number of colors, and glass style.  For approximate costs, check out our product pages for our growlers, glassware & tasters.

How do I place an order?

The best way to place an order is to give us a call at (800) 776-7046.  We can discuss the details of your order and ensure that you are getting exactly what you want.  Alternatively, send us an email at info@coburn.com to get the order started.  We’ll reach out and contact you for the details as soon as we are able. 

If you are reordering glassware, a phone call, an email or a fax will be just fine.  Whatever is easiest for you!

What kind of information do you need to produce my order?

There are many details that go into custom decorated glassware.  For the glassware, we need the style of glass(es), the quantity, & the art.  In addition to the glassware information, we’ll need to gather your company information, the shipping information (including if you need for a lift gate for delivery), and the date you will need the glassware.  Once this information is put together, we’ll have our graphics team create an art proof.  Upon approval of the proof, we will schedule your order for production.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes, we will email an order confirmation to any email address provided to us during the order process.

Will I receive an invoice?

Invoices are sent to you via email or mail once your order ships.

How do I pay for my order?

We accept check, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, ETF (electronic transfer funds), and ACH (wire transfer).

What if I have a problem with my order?

To Coburn Pressworks, an order is not complete until the customer is completely satisfied. If something is not right about your order, please contact us right away. We want to find a solution to the problem as soon as possible!

How will my order ship?

Due to the size and fragile nature of glass, we ship all orders via truck. Please see our shipping page for approximate costs and shipping details.

If you would prefer, you are more than welcome to pick up your glassware order at our warehouse. Keep in mind that the order may be quite large and heavy. Be sure to call ahead and verify dimensions prior to picking up your order.

What is your lead time?

Typical lead time is approximately 10 working (business) days, but this can vary.
